The App uses generative AI to create meal plans, workout plans, ingredient details, and recipe books. These should be used as suggestions only and not as a substitute for professional advice.
04 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FitGoAI or its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
05 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FitGoAI, its affiliates, licensors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App.
06 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

FitGoAI reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our App.
